Fortunately I inspected the furniture before it was delivered. It looks like it has been damaged previously and repaired poorly. Cracks in the door and holes. When I rang the manager I received a whole heap of hostility. There was no attempt to make this right other than giving me a 3 hour window for delivery in another couple of days. Would not recommend shopping here

After spending $1,500 on a piece of furniture here, delivered on Tuesday afternoon… it was damaged. My partner didn’t pick this up, the driver did. Which makes this even worse. Contacted the manager and asked to have a new piece delivered the following day and was told they can’t do that. We got told they don’t do delivery on Wednesday in the south. Absolutely poor quality checks and no refund on the delivery fee ($200) Please make sure you don’t purchase here unless you go and inspect the furniture yourself. Very unhappy customer.

Dear owner of furniture gallery , thank you for your reply. if you claim you pride yourself on exceptional customer service then why did the item take 4 months to be delivered, 2 months longer than advised and NOT even a courtesy text, call or email to advise of the delay. I don't call that good customer service and if you think it is well then that just goes to show how much you value your customers, it's not acceptable. If you cannot deliver an item as you have adivised, a customer should have the option to cancel the order n get a refund, just saying. my complaint is that the item I received was not as I inspected in store, you use the term faulty, that was not my description. To answer your comment we are using the mattress and it is not comfortable as the one in store that I chose from. If I was replacing an existing mattress because it was too firm why the heck would I buy another mattress which is even firmer???? Seriously!!! To come into my home and tell me I made the wrong choice and will get used to it over time is appalling exceptional customer service!!

Visited before Christmas and then Sat 30th Dec 2023. We were interested in a couple of lounge sets but needed to measure so came back. Both times girls working here were absolutely not interested in customer service having attitude of "I'm busy". But really, no many customers were around. Noticed so many negative comments on bad deliveries and bad customer service afterwords so maybe it was a good thing we didn't buy anything from here.

Thank you especially to Ben (Assistant Manager at the Cockburn store), Amanda (also Cockburn store) and Elisha (Osborne Park store). You were so right to tell us this item was selling fast, and we are so happy we made a quick road trip and met all of you, very memorable. We are also looking forward to picking our beautiful products from the Warehouse tomorrow (Welshpool). xxx

Upon visiting the furniture gallery cockburn we were blown away with the presentation of the store with so many inspiring design ideas. We ended up purchasing the Surrey entertainment unit which fits perfectly in our space and love that there are so many other items in the same range. The white glove delivery service was brilliant and made for a stress free experience.

The sales staff were so great and helped me put together a gorgeous look of dining and lounge room items to suit us. I love how the Hamptons Lounge so effortlessly matched the Surrey timber range.
